A classic yoga class with inspiration from vinyasa, hatha and yinyoga, which with the help of movements and breathing exercises, makes you reach inner peace.

BURN

BURN

Takes the group out to the gym! By using our functional area, we challenge your cardio and strength. It is high intensity, but still on your terms. Are you up for the challenge?

ZUMBA

ZUMBA

This class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness party! Enjoy the rhythm and dance moves from merengue, salsa, reggeaton and samba, leaving the class full of energy. Just focus on the dancing, not on the workout and you will feel the results!

SHAPE

This workout focuses on strengthening the glutes, thighs and core. Invest 30 or 50 minutes and let our instructors guide you to the burning sensation of lactic acid.

CORE

CORE

Everything begins with a strong core. INTENSE CORE focuses on strengthening the core to allow you to perform better in your workout. The 30-minute class is shorter than our other group training classes but the intensity is the same. Our instructors will guide you to guaranteed soreness with the use of your own body weight as workout equipment. Are you ready for the challenge?

This circuit class challenges you on your terms! Using a bar, weights and stepping boards, we workout in intervals to give you complete workout for 30 or 50 minutes.

THAI BOX

THAI BOX

Keep you guard up and watch your chin. This workout combines technique from boxing and thaiboxing to create a fun and social workout. Divide into teams of two and help each other achieve your training goals.

SH'BAM®

SH'BAM®

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

RPM®

RPM®

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYBALANCE®

BODYBALANCE®

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
